We meet weekly for the duration of the project (typically 1–3 months, depending on scope). Here’s how it works:

Phase 1: Hiring & Training Manual

  • Clarify the role you’re hiring for

  • Create a clear job description

  • Map out the application and interview process

  • Build a complete onboarding and training plan

  • Identify any gaps in your current resources or support systems

Phase 2: Employee Handbook or Contractor Welcome Packet

  • Define expectations, communication norms, and conduct guidelines

  • Document policies around time off, holidays, client interaction, and more

  • Include company mission, values, team contact info, and relevant procedures

  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines (all materials reviewed by an HR professional)

The work is guided by customized templates, checklists and weekly accountability. By the time we’re done, you’ll feel confident and ready to hire.
