With over 20 years of experience in operations, administration, and leadership, I’ve spent my career helping service-based founders build businesses that function effectively behind the scenes, not just look successful on the outside.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and action-oriented. I don't believe in over-complicated business plans, nor do I believe that scaling a business requires sacrificing your personal life.
