Manual Creation Package

If you’re ready to grow your team, this service is for you! Together, we will create a Hiring & Training Manual and an Employee Handbook that will give you a plan and path for growing your team successfully - even if that’s only one part-time person to start. Even better, once we’ve finished, they can be used over and over as your team needs expand. What’s included:

  • Weekly accountability meetings

  • I help businesses build or solidify their Business Foundation. What that means is I think about the way you do things, where you’re trying to go, and together, we establish a clear path forward. We zero in on your Business Identity and your vision and break things down piece-by-piece.

    We also work to build structure within your workflow. What that means is we analyze your current processes and procedures for efficiency. What does your client journey look like? How does your business function? What can we make easier and simpler?

    I also help businesses prepare for internal growth. This means I help you work through documentation, assist in content creation for policies and procedures, and help you develop the manuals every growing business needs - a Hiring & Training Manual and an Employee Handbook.

  • At the start of any business relationship, I like to schedule a free consultation call first. This allows us to discuss your business needs: where you are currently, where you’d like to go and if I can help. I will only move forward with relationships where I know I can deliver and will be honest and upfront about my ability to help you.

    Once I know where our work will be focused, I will discuss the pricing structure with you and do my best to fit your budget.
